This tree is very drought tolerant but produces the best crops of honey after flooding. Napunyah is a eucalyptus tree which grows in the far outback regions of western Queensland in the channels of the Paroo River. The Napunyah produces honey of light gold colour and the honey crystallises extremely quickly to produce a super creamy and smooth texture. The Napunyah honey is one of our favourites and has a mild flavour that makes it delicious in everything; from your morning toast to sweetening coffee or cooking desserts.
